General Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order due to manufacturer’s defect or dissatisfaction, we’re here to help! We honor returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. You can return your product for site credit, product replacement, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

If your return is accepted but you don’t have proof of purchase, the value of your return will be based on the last known selling price of the item and your refund will be issued as a site credit.

Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Please include the specific reason for your return and your preferred reimbursement method – site credit, product replacement, different product, or refund to the original payment method.

  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Print the email and include it with your package and mail to: M&M Funky Stuff, LLC, 2985 East 750 South, Lebanon, Indiana 46052.

  3. You will be notified once the item is received and again when your credit is processed. For exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the original product return. M&M Funky Stuff will pay the cost of shipping the replacement merchandise.

  4. Product purchased from any other retailer or website (Amazon, etc.) must be returned to the original seller.

  5. IF A CUSTOMER PURCHASES SHIPPING INSURANCE AT ANY TIME DURING THE BUYING OR RETURNING PROCESS, LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGE CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE CUSTOMER HAS FILED A CLAIM. YOU MUST INCLUDE ALL CLAIM DOCUMENTATION. INVESTIGATION USUALLY TAKES 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. WE ARE NOT LIABILE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IF CUSTOMER FAILS TO PURCHASE INSURANCE WITH THEIR ORDER.

  6. FRAUD POLICY: BY PURCHASING INSURANCE, YOU CERTIFY THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCRUATE AND TRUTHFUL. THE SUBMISSION OF A FALSE, FICTICIOUS OR FRAUDULENT STATEMENT MAY RESULT IN IMPRISONMENT OF UP TO 5 YEARS AND A FINE OF UP TO $10,000 (18 USC 1001). IN ADDITION, A CIVIL PENALTY OF UP TO $5,000 AND AN ASSESSMENT OF TWICE THE MAOUNT FALSELY CLAIMED MAY BE IMPOSED (31 USC 3802).

  7. WARNING: ANY FRAUDULENT CLAIMS WILL MAKE THE SHIPPER AND/OR CONSIGNEE LIABLE FOR ANY PROSECUTION FOR MAIL FRAUD UNDER FEDERAL CRIME CODE.
